• Transition opens at 9:00am and will close at 9:45am.
• Race Briefing: 9:45AM at Castlehackett
• Race Start: 10:00AM at Castlehackett
• Prize Giving: 1:30PM at Caherlistrane GAA Club
• Post Race Refreshments: Tea/coffee will be provided to all athletes at Caherlistrane GAA Club post race.
• Post Race Shower Facilities: These are available for athletes at Caherlistrane GAA Club.
